Pastor Jerry serves as the Lead Pastor of
Transformation Church, a dynamic and vibrant church in the beautiful city of Bakersfield, California. His actions at the helm of church leadership has showcased his true fervent passion to reach the lost for Christ and invest in those who seek to continually contribute to the kingdom of God. Pastor Jerry’s courageous and esteemed leadership serves as a true benchmark for many who inspire to serve Christ with a true servant’s heart. He has had the privilege to preach the gospel and impact the lives of people in many countries such as Thailand, Myanmar, Nepal, Laos, India, Cambodia, Vietnam, Mexico and Chile. Along with his family they served as Missionaries in Thailand for 4 years. His passion is preaching the gospel, equipping leaders and spending time with his family. God has surely blessed Pastor Jerry with a vision and fervent drive for growth in our local
church and a heart for those who need Christ the most in this hour, the lost. With the support and servanthood of his members, Pastor Jerry is in rapid pursuit of the mission God has emphatically called him to accomplish. He has been blessed with a beautiful wife, Shelley, and five precious children, Chloe, Jared, Tyler, Timmy and Ryan who all contribute and share a passion for the kingdom and their father’s ministry. His love for Christ, The Church, and his family is what continues to drive Pastor Fernandez to new heights and greater endeavors.

Why We Give
Tithe
When you tithe, you are trusting God with your finances.
Tithing is a biblical principal. In Malachi 3:10, the bible talks
about giving our first and our best to God, and He will bless
the rest. A tithe is giving 10% of your income and trusting God to provide abundantly for you and your family when you put him first in your finances.
